Introduction & Acceptance
This document sets out the complete rules and terms governing use of the 33nw platform (website: https://33nw.lat). "33nw", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to this website and all services provided on it. "User", "player", or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses this platform.
By creating an account on 33nw or using the platform, you automatically agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using this platform. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply equally.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Age & Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and play on 33nw, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be 21 years of age or older (21+ only).
- You are allowed to hold only one account in your own name.
- All information you provide must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Your account is personal — managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
- You must not have been previously permanently banned from 33nw.
Registration Process
33nw reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration. We may request a valid ID or other documents for identity verification purposes. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Single Account Rule
If a user creates more than one account, these will be treated as "duplicate accounts" and all accounts will be closed. Any bonuses or winnings in such cases may be forfeited.
Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your 33nw account password and login details secure. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- You will be held responsible for any transaction made from your account by anyone other than an authorized person.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds on the 33nw platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
When making a deposit, you must use your own mobile banking account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals.
- Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawals will only be issued via the same method used to make the deposit.
- For suspicious transactions, 33nw may request additional verification.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members at 33nw receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 (the maximum cap), bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period and conditions — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- 33nw reserves the right to modify the bonus program at any time.
- In any bonus-related dispute, 33nw's decision is final.
VIP Program
33nw's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback, and Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play. 33nw reserves the right to change the terms of VIP membership.
Fair Play Policy
All games on the 33nw platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We are committed to ensuring fair play. The following policies apply at all times:
- All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- No game result is predetermined or manipulated.
- No discrimination or bias is applied between players.
- If a technical error creates uncertainty in a game's outcome, that round may be declared void.
If you believe something unusual has occurred in a game, please report it to our support team. We investigate every complaint seriously.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33nw. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
Fraudulent Activities
- Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse").
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or fake identity information.
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error in the gaming system.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
- Using 33nw as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
- 33nw reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in cases of suspicious transactions.
- 33nw may request documentation at any time to verify the source of funds.
Technology-Related Prohibitions
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games is prohibited.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform is prohibited.
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions is prohibited.
Responsible Gaming

Service Availability

Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the User
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding bonus or wagering-related matters will be settled before the account is closed.
Closure by 33nw
33nw may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Breach of age requirements (under 21 years of age).
- Extended account inactivity, with prior notice given.
Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, funds may be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of terms.
Changes to Terms & Legal Matters
Right to Modify Terms
33nw reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website or notify you by registered email. Continued use of the platform after a change has been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be escalated for further review.
Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.
